2. Data collection on our website
Server log files
The provider of these pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits to us automatically. These are: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and IP address.
This data is not merged with other data sources. It is collected on the basis of our legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of our website. Usage logs are deleted automatically after 30 days.
Contact form
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, the details you provide there, including the contact data you enter, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
We collect the following details: name, e-mail address, company (optional), phone number (optional) and your message. Contact enquiries are deleted once processing is complete or at your request.
Locally hosted fonts
This website uses the «Work Sans» typeface. The font files are stored locally on our server; no connection to third-party servers (e.g. Google Fonts) is established when you visit the website.
3. Cookies and tracking
This website does not set any cookies and does not use any analytics or tracking services. For this reason, no cookie banner is required either.
4. Data sharing
Your personal data is only transferred to third parties if you have given your express consent, if the transfer is necessary for the performance of a contract or if there is a legal obligation to do so.
Contact form data is forwarded by e-mail to our business address (info@cyrotech.ch) via our internal, encrypted infrastructure.
5. Your rights
You have the right at any time to obtain information about the personal data we process, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request deletion, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority – in Switzerland this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
6. Data security
We use appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against manipulation, loss, destruction and unauthorised access. These include in particular SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission, a secure server infrastructure, regular security updates and access controls.
7. Changes to this privacy policy
The further development of our website or changes to legal or regulatory requirements may make it necessary to amend this privacy policy. The current version published here always applies.
